By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Stardust Store mobile application ("the App", "the Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future updates or modifications.

Stardust Store is a free Android application that provides:

• App Discovery — Browsing and searching a curated catalog of Android applications.
• App Information — Details, screenshots, descriptions, permissions, and developer information.
• APK Downloads — Downloading APK files hosted by third-party developers.
• Installation Assistance — Handing off downloaded APK files to Android's official package installer.
• User Reviews — Reading and submitting reviews and ratings for apps.
• Wishlist — Saving apps for later reference on your device.

Stardust Store acts as a discovery platform. We do not develop, own, or operate the applications listed in the store. All apps are the property of their respective developers.

To use Stardust Store, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital consent age in your country).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Own or have permission to use the Android device on which the App is installed.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

You agree to use Stardust Store responsibly. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

5.1 Your Responsibility

When you submit reviews, ratings, or images ("User Content") through Stardust Store, you are solely responsible for that content. You confirm that:

• The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• The content does not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal material.

5.2 License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant Stardust Store a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, distribute, and store that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the review system.

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so to enforce these Terms.

6.1 Third-Party Applications

All applications listed in Stardust Store are developed and owned by third parties. We:

• Do not develop the apps listed in the store.
• Do not control the content, functionality, or behavior of those apps.
• Are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by third-party apps.
• May remove any app from the store at any time without notice.

6.2 APK Downloads

When you download an APK through Stardust Store:

• The APK file is fetched from a URL provided by the app developer.
• We validate the URL as HTTPS before initiating the download.
• Where available, we verify the SHA-256 hash of the downloaded file.
• The final installation is performed by Android's official package installer, not by Stardust Store.

Downloaded APK files are stored in the app's private external storage directory on your device. Uninstalling Stardust Store will remove these files.

7.1 Our Property

The Stardust Store name, logo, design, source code, and original content are the intellectual property of Stardust Store and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

7.2 Third-Party Property

All app names, icons, screenshots, and descriptions displayed in Stardust Store belong to their respective developers. We display them solely for the purpose of app discovery.

7.3 Trademarks

All product names, logos, and brands mentioned in the App are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply endorsement.

Stardust Store is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content.
• Warranties that any app or download will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stardust Store and its developers, operators, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Any damage caused by third-party apps downloaded through the Service.
• Any issues arising from your device, storage, or network.
• Any legal issues arising from your use of downloaded apps.

You use Stardust Store entirely at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with any part of the Service, your sole remedy is to stop using it.

You may stop using Stardust Store at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service, at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• We are legally required to do so.
• We decide to discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. However, any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability).

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Notify you within the app if the change is significant.

Your continued use of Stardust Store after the changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you must stop using the app.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stardust Store is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
